- Continue policy work on CPP, OAS, CPPD policy and ensure labour, learning and employment-related programs are modern, efficient, and responsive to the changing demographic and societal context

- Use VOE to understand how employees perceive the org and the roll-out of the change initiatives

- strengthen mgmt. measures in support of leg and policy changes to privacy, IM, security, and integrity
- Maintain efficient financial management and internal control framework
