These measure and display the carbon dioxide concentration in
the respiratory gases during breathing.
It attaches to the endotracheal tube
It also measures the patient’s respiratory rate
Esophageal Stethoscope
An instrument for measuring & monitoring heart sound or respiratory sound during operations.
This device consists of a thin, flexible, blind-ended tube attached to a regular stethoscope usually by a small plastic adaptor
Blood Pressure Monitor
Blood pressure is monitored using the cuff technique – like in humans
BP is measured in a tail or limb by determining the cuff pressure at which changes in blood flow occur.
