What are brushing boots used for?
Brushing boots are used for general protection from strikes and scrapes. They’re a popular choice when trail riding and doing general riding on the flat.
Both front and hind leg versions are available.
What are tendon boots used for?
Tendon boots are used for the front legs. They are usually open-fronted and typically used when jumping to protect the tendons while allowing the horse to be aware of any knocked poles.
What are fetlock boots used for?
Fetlock boots are used for the back legs, usually when jumping. They can be open-fronted or fasten like brushing boots.
What are bell boots/over reach boots used for?
Bell boots are for horses who ‘over reach’ by knocking their back feet against the heels of the front feet. They reduce the chance of nicks and cuts and can help with horses who lose front shoes.
What are hoof boots designed for?
Hoof boots protect the sole of the hoof, designed for shock absorption and traction. They can be used if a horse loses a shoe but needs to be ridden.
What are polo wraps used for?
Used in English riding to protect horses’ legs from striking. They help support the joint and protect the leg from dirt and derbies

Used when standing still to keep a coolant or bandage in place. (typically made of cotton)
