A

Maximize your horsesʼ performance and enable them to realize their full genetic potential, whatever that may be and however modest. The less technical the competition, the greater contribution fitness training makes.

How does the ideal training program look like

A

The ideal training program is given by the correct intensity of work, lasting the correct duration, and carried out with a frequency that allows sufficient time for recovery between training bouts but induces a training response.
