Banning small electrical generators and giving a community one large electrical generator.
Sustainable - Small generators create pollution, so will give off less emissions.
How can the reduction of traffic congestion make Lagos more sustainable?
2 railways under construction to relieve traffic congestion. Lines connect CBD & Lagos Island w/ North, West of Lagos (Airport).
