(i) what am I feeling right now? (ii) what do I want (gives a feeling of joy) right now? (iii) what do I need (helps function at best) right now? (hourly chime) (inverse with what you don’t feel now to get an answer of difficult to get a straight answer) - KEEP ASKING [if hard to recognise feelings in certain emotional categories restrict your questions to these]
Self regulation: reacting vs responding
Acknowledge -> Cool Down -> Consider Options -> Respond Thoughtfully

Self Accountability
(i) notice mistake; (ii) aknowledge mistake; (iii) apologise; (iv) fix it

Reading the audience / room / customer

- voice (tone, breaks, passives)
- head shaking
- posture
- eyes
Emotionally Informed Relationships
- don’t jump into advice I’m even when asked
- never say bad things even if asked
- always say in a suggestive / question manner
- praise (little and big)
- get your things via agreements
- in conflict never criticise, BUT UNDERSTAND
