Bleed Air Valves switches- ENVIR OFF Crew Oxygen Mask- EMER and Don Mic Switches- OXY Passenger Manual DROP OUT handle- PULL ON Descend- AS REQUIRED
LOSS of Pressurization (Cabin Altitude and/or Cabin ALT HI annunciator illuminated)
Crew Oxygen Mask- EMER and Don
MIC Switches- OXY
Passenger Manual Drop Out handle- Pull ON
Descend- As required
Door Unlocked Warning Annunciator Illuminated
All occupants- seated with seatbelts securely fastened.

control column- full forward, ailerons neutral
full rudder- opposite the direction of spin

rudder- neutralize when rudder stops
