A
Synovitis - with erosions
Acne - neutrophilic pseudoabscesses
Pustulosis - palmo-plantar pustulosis
Hyperostosis - increased bone substance
Osteitis - inflammation of bones (sterile osteomyelitis)

What is the treatment for SAPHO syndrome?

A

No specific treatment.

Rx arthritis: NSAIDs / steroids / DMARDs / TNFi

Osteosclerotic bone lesions: calcitonin and bisphosphonates.
