A

It is the interaction of different gene loci so that one gene locus masks or suppresses the expression of another gene locus

A
  • a dominant allele at the first loci will interfere with the expression of the second loci
  • ratio 12:3:1
  • 13:3 ratio occurs when double recessive at second loci also codes for no colour
