pulseless arrests
acute hypersensitivity (anaphylaxis)
bronchial spasms (asthma)
symptomatic bradycardia (2nd line)

Dosage

A

onset: immediate; peak 20min; duration 20-30min
cardiac arrest: 1mg q3-5min; max 3mg
anaphylaxis: 0.3mg IM (1:10,000mg)
gtt: start at 2mcg/min; max 10mcg/min
