Dosierung Epinephrin
A
Reanimation:
- Erwachsene: 1mg IV/IO auf 10ml (bei VF/KF nach 3. Defibrillation, dann alle 4min)
(Bei Asystolie/PEA so früh wie möglich)
- Kinder: 0,1mg / kgKG IV/IO
Instabile Bradykardie:
0,5 Mikrogramm/min
Anaphylaxie:
>12J: 0,5mg IM
6-12J: 0,3mg IM
<6J: 0,15mg IM
Obere AW-Obstruktion/ Anaphylaxie/ Pseudokrupp:
2mg + 2ml NaCl vernebeln
