Causative organisms
A
- E-coli
- Chlamydia trachomatis
- Neisseria gonorrhoea
- Mumps
- Think of this in patients with parotid gland swelling

CLINICAL FEATURES
Presentation
A
- Gradual onset over minutes to hours, unilateral
- Testicular pain
- Dragging or heavy sensation
- Swelling of testicle or epididymis
- Tenderness on palpation
- Urethral discharge (chlamydia or gonorrhoea)
- Systemic symptoms such as fever
