Presentation

A

Gradual onset over minutes to hours, unilateral
- Testicular pain
- Dragging or heavy sensation
- Swelling of testicle or epididymis
- Tenderness on palpation
- Urethral discharge (chlamydia or gonorrhoea)
- Systemic symptoms such as fever
