Works with Indonesian/Filipino migrants in Hong Kong who Hong Kong brings in to help support aging population; migrant workers tend to live with families and work is tied to the family they live with; most migrants are women and are providing for kids back in home country. Hong Kong has long history of migrants organizing unions.
