A

At a safe altitude, affected engine:
Affected thrust lever ….. Confirm & Idle
Affected thrust lever ….. Confirm & Shut Off
Affected ENG FIRE PUSH switch …. Confirm & Select
Affected FUEL BOOST PUMP switch ….. Confirm & OFF
after 10 seconds and fire warning persists:
Affected engine BOTTLE switch ….. Select to Discharge
after another 30 seconds and fire warning persists:
Other engine BOTTLE switch ….. Select to Discharge

ASYMMETRIC BRAKING/LOSS OF BRAKING

A

If excessive asymmetry or loss of braking is observed upon landing:
Wheel brakes …. Release Momentarily
ANTI-SKID switch ….. OFF
Wheel brakes ….. Reapply as Required

Descent ….. Initiate to 10,000 ft or lowest safe altitude
Thrust levers ….. IDLE
Flight spoilers ….. DEPLOY

Affected engine start …. REPEAT
