Inflammatory disease caused by hypersensitivity reactions to environmental, ingested material, parasitic or other antigens
Cats: dorsal surface of tongue, palatal, junction of rostral lips, skin, young cats and females.
Dogs: rare, young dogs, male, cavalier and siberian husky, palatal

Dogs: unknown but maybe vasculitis.
