What is Bile?

Stomach acid is a?
Acid
Stomach acid is too acidic for small intestine..
Bile Neutralizes it and makes it alkaline, emulsifies fats, break down into droplets for bigger surface area
What does Salivary glands produce?
Amylase in Saliva
What does stomach produce?
Protease enzyme, pepsin, hydrolich acid to kill bacteria
What does liver produce?
Produces bile neutralizes stomach acid and emulsifies fats
What does Gall bladder produce?
Bile is stored - released into small intestine
What does pancrease produce?
Produce protease, amylase, lipase into small intestine
What does small intestine produce?
Protease, amylase, lipase. enzyme to complete digestion. Also digested food is absorbed out the digestive system into the blood
