How does temperature changes affect enzymes?
A
Enzymes each have an optimum temperature, at which they are the fastest. Under that temperature, the rate of reaction increases as the temperature increases. over this temperature, the enzyme denatures as the active site changes shape and in no longer compatible with the substrate.

A
Enzymes have an optimum Ph. If the Ph changes, the active site’s shape changes and the enzyme denatures, making it no longer compatible with the substrate
