- Poor nutrition; skipping meals + unbalanced diet.
- Chronic illnesses, respiratory problems, eczema.
- Mould causes asthma.
- No electric or gas= no heating or lighting which results in hypothermia and not seeing anything so more prone to bone breaks.
- Lack of sleep due to stress.
