How would you dispose of waste oil and how would you record the details ?
Use a wet vac to remove the majority and put into 20 litres waste oil containers. The rest can be wiped up with rags and aborbent mats and placed into rubbish bags. Bags and containers to be taken ashore and disposed of correctly.

Use spill kit to contain spill.
Inform harbour master.
