Consider 650-1000mg tylenol and 600-800 motrin
Acetazolamide Contraindications
Sulfa allergies of sickle cell anemia

Involuntary contraction of muscle from low Ca2+

1L IVF, prep for SZ
Hyperthermia >104/40C
Ice packs, wet skin with fanning, D/C at 104/40, consider 0.1 mg/kg versed for shivering, 1L IVF

Shivering stops, if cardiac arrest, attempt 1 shock but withhold further shocks/meds

Mark pain line with dashes
Mark edema with solid line
Elevate limb > 60°
tx Neurotoxic Syndrome
Prep for airway, Consider Atropine 0.5 mg if cholinergic crisis
Sudden collapse syndrome tx
Epi 0.3-0.5 mg IM
IV Bolus 100 mcg/ 5-10
Infusion 1mcg/min
ANtiVENM / airway considerations
Maintain 90-100 SBP with IVF
