Wind, Terrain/slope, drainage, water sources
Mildly exposed MWD

Initial dose of 5 mg tropine and 1.2 g 2-PAM
Severely exposed MWD
3 ATNAA and 1 CANA, generally doesn’t need more 2-PAM
What’s in an ATNAA
2.1 mg Atropine, 600 mg 2PAM
Initial tx for nerve agent

What must follow your 3 ATNAA injections?
1 CANA (10 mg diazepam)
Warm Zone Nerve agent tx
Atropine 20 mg/250mL, 1 mg/3min, adjust to 2-4 mg/hr
Pralidoxime 1-2g/250ml over 15-30 min
Scopolamine IV/IM 0.8 mg
Blood Agent Tx
Cyanokit(5 mg hydroxocobalamin) max 10 mg
Consider amyl nitrate 0.3 mL ampule
Pulmonary Tx
Mechanical ventilation
Albuterol
Methyprenisolone
Vesicant Blister Tx
Dimercaprol 3mg/kg q4hr x 2 days then q12 for 7-10 days
Albuterol
Incapacitating Agent tx
Treat as appropriate
