  • establish normal bladder function
  • tx any underlying causes
  • behavioral modification
  • medications
  • urotherapy: regular voiding schedules
  • enuresis alarms
  • drug therapy (Desmopressin - antidiuretic effect)
  • positive reinforcement of child
