- UA
- r/o diabetes, sickle cell, renal failure, structural abnormalities, hypercalciuria, obstructive uropathy, vaginitis, sleep apnea

A
- establish normal bladder function
- tx any underlying causes
- behavioral modification
- medications
- urotherapy: regular voiding schedules
- enuresis alarms
- drug therapy (Desmopressin - antidiuretic effect)
- positive reinforcement of child
