I like my name “Situo” very much for two reasons:
我非常喜欢“思拓”这个名字，有两个原因：
Wǒ fēicháng xǐhuān “sītuò” zhège míngzì, yǒu liǎng gè yuányīn:
First, this name came from my Chinese colleague.
首先，这个名字是我的中国同事给我起的。
Shǒuxiān, zhège míngzì shì wǒ de zhōngguó tóngshì gěi wǒ qi de.

They know me deeply.

Wǒ de yìsi shì
Moreover, I started to work for myself since I was 13 years old.
但我从13岁起就开始为自己工作。
Dàn wǒ cóng 13 suì qǐ jiù kāishǐ wèi zìjǐ gōngzuò.
In retrospect, I was brought up to be an entrepreneur.
回想起来，我自小就是一个企业家。
Huíxiǎng qǐlái, wǒ zì xiǎo jiùshì yīgè qǐyèjiā.

Secondly, 思想开拓 is at the core of successful entrepreneurship.
其次, 思想开拓是企业成功的核心。

Nǐmen shì qǐyè jiā suǒyǐ nǐmen yě míngbái.
Secondly, my name “Situo” have the meaning of thinking developing.
其次，我的名字“思拓”有思想开拓的含义。
Qícì, wǒ de míngzì “sītuò” yǒu sīxiǎng kāituò de hányì.
含义hányì: meaning
This is my favorite!
这是我最喜欢的。
Zhè shì wǒ zuì xǐhuān de.
Because the core of the business success strategies is this.
因为商业成功的战略核心就是这个。
Yīnwèi shāngyè chénggōng de zhànlüè héxīn jiùshì zhège。
成功chénggōng: success
战略 zhànlüè: strategy
核心héxīn: core
And “unify thinking and action” is the fundamental strategy.

“Qi” has a meaning which means “standing on tiptoe”.
“企”有一个意思是”站在足尖上”。
Qǐ yǒu yīgè yìsi shì zhàn zài zú jiān shàng.
尖jiān： tip; top
So “entrepreneurs” this word can mean that the experts standing on tiptoe on behalf of the company.
那“企业家”这个词就可以是代表公司站在足尖上的专家。
Nà “qǐyè jiā” zhège cí jiù kěyǐ shì dàibiǎo gōngsī zhàn zài zú jiān shàng de zhuānjiā.
