Primary research:
involves collecting data about a given subject directly from the real world. (new information that doesn’t exist)

most widely used method for collecting data is through secondary data collection

Primary research:

e. g. gathering new data,not been collected before
Secondary research:
-desk research
gathering data & information from the existing
reports/ data already been produced
e.g. researching from the internet
