Cauliflower polenta
Raisins & onions cooked down in apple cider & winter spices

Chef recommends the pork to be prepared medium
Winter spices: cinnamon, clove and nutmeg

Marinated 12-36hrs then grilled & served over veggie fried rice topped w/tempura green beans
MARINADE: sambul, ginger, garlic, soy, lime, & honey

*skirt steak is a tougher! more textured cut that chef recommends prepared MED & will caramelize on the grill
