Local Axis Venison, soft fluffy pita bread filled with grilled Maui onions, mushroom, topped with fresh Roma tomatoes, dill, and topped with macadamia cucumber tzatziki. Accompanied with your choice of salad or fries. (Option to substitute prawns or grilled vegetables)

Blue Marlin Fish & Chips $29
Local line caught marlin; panko-breaded and fried in sunflower oil. Served with house cut fries, homemade tartar and spicy ketchup.
Tahitian Prawns $44
Kauai prawns butterflied then covered with Parmesan cheese and dill spice. Baked with white wine and lemon juice; then quickly served over a gourmet salad with hand-cut french fries topped with nutritional yeast and Parmesan.
