Marinated local red beet on a bed of organic mixed greens. Thin sliced maui sweet onion, crispy wonton and house made wasabi aioli.
Blue Marlin Ceviche $21 (GLUTEN FREE)
Fresh local blue marlin fish, made with fresh onions, tomatoes, and parsley. Served with flour tortilla chips.
Hummus & Pita $16
Garbanzo beans, lemon, garlic, cumin hummus spread topped with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, Maui sweet onion, and goat cheese. Comes with a side of grilled pita bread.

Mixed greens, organic romaine, Kumu Farms Napa cabbage, Roma tomato, carrots, Maui sweet onion. Topped with fresh local Kalamata olives, organic goat cheese & house-made croutons. House made cashew balsamic vinaigrette.
Good Green Sauté $19 (VEGAN)
Kumu Farms Napa cabbage, bok choy, eggplant, cauliflower, popcorn tofu, and garlic sautéed in coconut oil, white wine, sweet chili, lemon & sprinkled with nutritional yeast.

House-made sweet Maui onion rings, battered, panko crusted & fried golden brown in sunflower oil. Served with spicy aioli (option for vegan white sauce) & ketchup.
Sunflower Fries $12
Hand cut potatoes fried in sunflower seed oil & tossed in sea salt with nutritional yeast. Served with spicy ketchup and chipotle aioli.
Truffle Fries $15
Hand cut potatoes fried in sunflower seed oil; topped with garlic and black pepper truffle oil and parmesan cheese.

Eggplant steamed & seasoned then panko-crusted & pan-fried golden brown in sunflower oil. Served on a bed of greens with papaya salsa & garlic cashew dressing.

House made corn and flour tortilla strips made to order. Topped with stewed black & kidney beans, vegan chipotle cheese, cashew cream, papaya salsa, jalapeños, onion, green onion, and tomato.

Two tacos (corn or flour tortillas) with your choice of cheese. Topped with papaya salsa, Maui sweet onion, Napa cabbage and fresh tomato. Choose BBQ Jackfruit, Bison, Tahitian Prawns (+$8) or fresh fish (+$8)
Vegan Quinoa Salad $9 (VEGAN)
Made with purple Napa cabbage, pumpkin seeds, turmeric, cucumber, and wilted kale. Topped with fried taro, and a white miso lemon vinaigrette. (Add goat cheese for an additional $1)
Kitchen Quesadilla $19 (VEGAN)
Flour tortilla with grilled onions, eggplant, belle mushrooms, zucchini and garlic. Topped with a vegan almond chipotle cheese, stewed beans, Napa cabbage, fresh tomatoes, sweet Maui onions, and drizzled in our house made garlic cashew cream and papaya salsa. (Option to add prawns or fresh fish for an additional $8)
