A

Centor criteria is used for tonsilitis
Includes:
-Fever
-Cervical lymphadenopathy
-Cough
-Tonsil exudate
Antibiotics(phenoxymethylpenicillin or clarithromycin if allergic) are indicated if 3/4 of the criteria are met.
