A

Age of patient?
Number of bleeding episodes?
Sensation of blood in the throat?
Amount of blood/duration of bleeding?
History of epistaxis, trauma, nasal surgery?

Anticoagulant, NSAID, aspirin, cocaine use?
Other significant medical conditions, for example ischaemic heart disease, COPD, hypertension, coagulopathy?
