What do we use for management of Menier’s disease?
A
Acute attack - buccal or IM prochlorperazine.
Prevention: betahistine and vestibular rehabilitation exercise.

Unilateral vs bilateral nasal polyps
A
- Unilateral polyps are red flag sign for nasopharyngeal cancer and warrant urgent ENT referral.
- Bilateral uncommon but only requires routine ENT referral with intranasal CTS prescribed in meantime.
