1) 1000 ft above the highest obstacle within a radius a 600m from the aircraft
2) Everywhere else at a height of less than 500 ft above obstacles or water.
What is height is low flying defined as?
Flying at less than 500ft above obstacles or water.

500 ft vertical
600m lateral
When one A/C is overtaking another, who has right of way?
The A/C being overtaken.
Can A/C overtake by diving?

When two aircraft are converging at approx the same height, which A/C must give way to the other?
The A/C that has the other A/C on his right must give way.
What are the exceptions to this rule?
1) Power drive heavier than air aircraft must give way to airships, gliders and balloons

3) Gliders must give way to balloons
4) Captions or power driven A/C must give way to A/C which are seen to be towing other aircraft or objects
