energy budgets Flashcards

Q

1

A

If energy output is greater than evergy input then this will result in loss of mass and potentially health issues if their mass continues to decrease then they may potentially develop health issues. If enegy input is greater than energy output then this will result in mass gain and if this continues to the point where the individual is obese then this can be a risk factor of CVD.
