Which is a technical legal term & it is ‘‘non malevolence’’ which means that one did not intend to harm

PRINCIPLE OF JUSTICE
Refers to each individuals duty to preserve a voew of the whole human person in which the values of the intellect, will, conscience, and fraternity are pre-eminent.
INTEGRITY
Refers to the duty to preserve intact the physical component of the integrated bodily and spiritual nature of human life, whereby every part of the human body
TOTALITY
is the principle in ethics that a law can be broken to achieve a greater good. simply put, it is an ethical concept that comes to the rescue of a moral agent when he/she is faced with what appears to be conflict of choosing between ‘the letter of the law’ and ‘the spirit of law’
EPIKEIA
An action that is good in itself that has two effects an intended and otherwise not reasonably attainable good effect, and an unintended yet foreseen evil effect islicit, provided there is a due proportion between the intended good and the permitted evil.
DOUBLE EFFECT
is the discipline in philosophy that studies the moral relationship of human beings to, and also the value and moral status of, the environment and it’s non human contents.
ENVIRONMENTAL ETHICS
Refers to an ethical framework that grants ‘‘moral standing’’ solely to human beings. thus ____ claims that only human beings are morally considerable in their own right, meaning that all the direct moral obligations we possess, including those we have with regard to the environment, are owed to our fellow human beings.
ANTHROPOCENTRISM
Environmental philosophy and social movement based in the belief that human must radically change their relationship to nature from one that values nature solely for its usefulness to human beings to one that recognise that nature has an inherent value
DEEP ECOLOGY
To consider issues exclusively in terms of human values
