61.87 (b) Aeronautical knowledge.
A student pilot must demonstrate satisfactory, aeronautical knowledge on a knowledge test that meets the requirements in this paragraph
1). the test must address the students, pilot knowledge of
i). applicable sections of part 61 and 91 of this chapter,
ii). airspace rules, and procedures for the airport where the student flight will be performed, and;
iii). Flight characteristics in operational limitations for making model of the aircraft, be flown
(2) as students authorize instructor must, administer the test and at the end of the test, all incorrect answers with the student before authorizing that student conduct a solo flight.

61.87 (P) additional 90 day needs 4 things for endorsement

(1) Instructor has given student pilot training in the making model of aircraft or similar model of aircraft, and which student solo will be flown.
(2) Determine the student pilot proficient in the maneuvers and procedures prescribed in this section.
(3) determine the student pilot is proficient in the model of the aircraft to be flown
(4) endorses the students pilots logbook for the specific naked model of aircraft to be flown, and that endorsement remains current for solo flight privileges, provided an authorized instructor updates. The students logbook every 90 days thereafter.

61.93 (c)(1)(2) endorsements for solo cross country flights.
Except as specified in paragraph (b)(2) of this section, a student pilot must have the endorsements prescribed this paragraph for each cross country flight:
(1) a student pilot must have a solo cross-country endorsement from the authorized instructor who conducted the training that is placed in that person’s logbook for the specific category of aircraft to be flown.
(2) pilot must have a solo cross-country endorsement from an authorized instructor that is placed in that person’s logbook, the specific make and model of aircraft to be flown.

(3) cross country flight, the authorized instructor who reviews the cross country planning must make an endorsement in the persons logbook after reviewing that persons cross-country planning, as specified in paragraph D of this section the endorsements must,
(i) specify, the make model of the aircraft to be flown;
(ii) state the students pre-flight planning and preparation is correct, and that the student is prepared to make the flight safely under the known conditions; and
(iii) stated any limitations required by the students authorize instructor are met
