What are the FIGO stages of endometrial cancer?
A
- Stage I: confined to uterus
- Stage II: cervical stroma invasion
- Stage III: spread to serosa, adnexa, vagina or pelvic and para-aortic nodes
- Stage IV: spread to bladder, bowel or beyond

Outline investigations for suspected endometrial cancer
A
Biopsy: pipelle, hysteroscopy D&C
Imaging: TVUSS, MRI pelvis, CT CAP or PET-CT
- cystoscopy, proctoscopy if indicated.
Bloods: FBC, U&Es, LFTs,

Outline management for endometrial cancer
A
Staging midline laparotomy + TAH + BSO + omentectomy + peritoneal biopsy + washings +/- lymphadenectomy/sentinel lymph node mapping. Laparoscopic if stage IA1.
Adjuvant radiation therapy (vaginal brachytherapy) if intermediate or high risk factors.
