  • Aldosterone/renin ratio = high aldosterone, low renin

What is the management of primary hyperadlosteronism?

A
  • Surgery = adrenalectomy
  • Medical = amiloride or spironolactone
  • Immunosuppressive (familial PHA) = glucocorticoids (dex or pred)
