What is the anterior chapman’s point for the adreals?
2-2.5” above and 1” lateral to the umbilicus
What is the posterior chapman’s point for the adrenals?
In the intertransverse space of TV 11-12 midway between spinous and transverse processes
What is the anterior chapman’s point for the broad ligament?
Outer aspect of the femur from greater trochanter to 2” above the knee
What is the posterior chapman’s point for the broad ligament?
Between PSIS and spinous process of LV5
Note: same as fallopian tubes or prostate or seminal vesicles
What is the anterior chapman’s point for the clitoris?
Upper, inner aspect of the posterior thigh: 3-5” long and 1.5-2” wide
What is the posterior chapman’s point of the clitoris?
Articulation of the coccyx and sacrum
What is the posterior chapman’s point of the fallopian tubes?
Between the PSIS and spinous process of LV5
Note: same as broad ligament and prostate and seminal vesicles
What are the anterior chapman’s points of the inguinal lymph nodes?
- Lower 2/5th of the sartorious m.
- Pes Anserine
- Just above the medial femoral condyle
What is the posterior chapman’s point for the inguinal lymph nodes?
On the sacrum near the ilium
What is the anterior chapman’s point of the ovaries?
Upper, medial border of the pubic bone (symphysis)
What is the posterior chapman’s point of the inner and outer halves of the ovaries?
Intertransverse space of TV9-10 = inner half
Intertransverse space of TV10-11 = out half
What are the anterior chapman’s points of the prostate?
- Lateral margin of the pubic symphysis
