Exercise - 30-60 minutes moderate to intense exercise

Medications -
Orlistat - absorbtion of fats SE: steatorrhea , CI in pregnancy, DI levothyroxine, antiepileptic, warfarin, hepatotoxic, AKI
sibutramine - thermogenesis, hypophagia, CI cardiac problem
liraglutide - reduces heart attack and stroke, SE muscle pain, vomiting, diarrhea, sleep problems
Surgery - bariatric surgery >40 if no co morbid, >35 if with co morbid
