What is Corruption?
Corruption is dishonesty and illegal behaviour by people in positions of authority or power.
What is Shanty?
A shanty is a small rough hut which poor people live in, built from tin, cardboard, or other materials that are not very strong.
What is Stifling?
Stifling heat is so intense that it makes you feel uncomfortable. You can also use stifling to describe a place that is extremely hot.
What is Squatter?
A squatter is someone who lives in an unused building without having a legal right to do so and without paying any rent or any property tax.
What is Siphon?
If you siphon money or resources from something, you cause them to be used for a purpose for which they were not intended.
What is Prosecution?
The lawyers who try to prove that a person on trial is guilty are called the prosecution.

If someone has poise, they are calm, dignified, and self- controlled.
What is Destitute?
Someone who is destitute has no money or possessions.

To marginalise a group of people means to make them feel isolated and unimportant.
