- They can be put into a tip pool, to be redistrubited.

Do employers have to provide basic uniform?
Plain Shirt, Black pants, and black shoes
No, for anything that is not specific to the company the employee has to provide their own clothes.

Do employees have to buy their own uniform with the company logo or colous on it?
No, employers must provide a uniform if they require specific styles/brands, colours, or if it has the compay logo on it.

Does the employer provide clothing for element protection or general safety gear.
General Work gloves, shoes, safety head gear.
No, anything that ia general purpose and is easily the employee has to buy it themselves.
Employer can chose to provide it at little to no cost.

What equipment would the employer have to provide?
Special equipment that is not general and accessable.
Company logo, special safety equipment or machinery.

How much pay or notice is required for someone who has worked more than a year?
More than three years?
Two weeks of notice and/or pay
Three weeks notice or pay, plus one week added for every extra year

Of the 30 days of employment you have to 15 of those days.
