  1. Tie up hair
  2. Wash hands (before and after) and (when handling different forms of produce: meat and vegetables)
  3. Wear apron
  4. Use different chopping boards for different forms of raw produce or foods: raw meat and vegetables
  5. Clean cutlery and immediately dry them
  6. Prevent or swiftly clean spills
  7. Don’t touch face or hair: unless you wash your hands immediately after
  8. Don’t cough onto any surfaces that can contaminate you or the food.
