Q

Engine failure or fire or Master warning during takeoff speed above V1

A

Maintain directional control
Accelerate to VR
Rotate at VR, climb at V2
Gear up after positive rate of climb
At 400 ft, retract flaps at V2 + 10 or VENR, whichever is lower, and accelerate to VENR(VT), if required.

If engine fire accomplished fire procedure. If failure, accomplish emergency restart or precautionary shutdown.

Q

Maximum Glide emergency landing

A

Maintain 150 knots to keep turbines windmilling and provide enough hydraulic pressure for landing gear and flaps. Maximum Glide AirSpeed is 130 knots at 10,000 lbs, decreasing 3 knots for every 500 lb decrease in weight.
