Emergency powers of entry, search and seizure are within section 81 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012.

What is your Power to stop a vehicle in Controlled Deliveries?

Statutory Power is Section 121 of the Search and Surveillance Act. A SW should then be obtained but if it is impracticable, use Section 81.
