Get field op to utilities quickly
Put both boiler FICs to manual 0
Put back up feedpump jap switch to stand by
Start pump from the field
Cascade the FICs when the level PV is close to SP
Trouble shoot offline pump

Question 2

Aux trip

Answer 2

• Inform field ops to relight to boiler
• Supper heat to 440c
• Slow PIC-4010 to back steam system up and to get plant rate to 24m
• Set FIC-6060 and FIC-6061 to manual 18/6
• Get FIC-6063 to manual
• Once boiler is running field will transfer control back to you
• Get super heat back to normal and get rates back up

Super Heater trip

Answer 3

• Tell field ops the super heater tripped
• Put FIC-6041 on manual 0
• Once pilots are in open FIC6041 to light mains
• Fire manually until temp is stable

-Back out of loop to stop snuffing R-501 with high percenage of NH3
