Pilot Flying

A

~Disengage Autopilot
~Simultaneously advance Thrust Levers to MAX and pitch 20deg or PLI whichever is lower
~Maintain Present a/c config (gear/flaps) until terrain separation is achieved
~Climb to the MSA or MORA
~Clear of terrain, resume level flight
~Engage Autopilot
~Resume normal speed
