Affect engine:
START/STOP selector. STOP
Pitch Trim Runaway
Press/hold AP/TRIM/DISC button.
Push In PITCH TRIM SYS 1&2 CUTOUT
Roll (Yaw) Trim Runaway
AP/TRIM/DISC Press/hold
Steering Runaway
Steering disengage switch Press
Differential braking/rudder
Dual Engine Failure
Pitch 250KIAS MIN
RAT MANUAL DEPLOY Lever Pull
Dual Engine Failure
Airspeed 250KIAS MIN
Pull RAT MANUAL DEPLOY Lever.
Jammed Control Wheel (Roll)
Pull AILERON DISCONNECT handle.
Gear Lever Cannot be Moved Up
If climb perf req to clear obstacles:
Press / hold DN LOCK REL button.
Pull up LANDING GEAR lever.
Release DN LOCK REL button.
O2 Mask Donning
1) Remove headset
2) Don the oxygen mask
3) Establish crew communications
smoke present set to EMER
if EMER O2 will be depleted at a rapid rate
CABIN ALT HI warning message on EICAS:
Crew O2 Masks. DON 100%
Crew Communication. Establish
Altitude. Higher of 10,000’ or MEA
Thrust Levers. IDLE
Speed Brake. FULL OPEN
Airspeed. Max/Appropriate
Transponder. 7700
ATC. Notify
Smoke Evacuation
Crew O2 Masks. DON, EMER
Crew Communication. Establish
PRESSURIZATION DUMP button. Push In
EGPWS Warning Response
Pilot Monitoring
Communicate intentions to ATC
Turn FSTN BELTS ONS
Scan for visual reference
Call out the Radio Altimeter indication
Read MFD Terrain indications to check the obstacle height, guide PF for the best course of action and indicate when obstacle(s) have been cleared
EGPWS Warning Response
Pilot Flying
~Disengage Autopilot
~Simultaneously advance Thrust Levers to MAX and pitch 20deg or PLI whichever is lower
~Maintain Present a/c config (gear/flaps) until terrain separation is achieved
~Climb to the MSA or MORA
~Clear of terrain, resume level flight
~Engage Autopilot
~Resume normal speed
