0.1 mg i.v. Or 0.3-0.5 mg im
Asthma unresponsive to albutarol/salbutamol
Epinephrine
Same as anaphylaxis

Nitroglycerin
Pain of angina
0.3-0.4 mg sublingual
Antihistamines ( diphenhydramine or chlorpheniramine)
