EVACUATION CALLOUT - DOOR EXIT “HURRY COME THIS WAY, INFLATE LIFE JACKETS STEP INTO THE RAFT MOVE TO THE FAR SIDE SIT DOWN”
OVER-WING EXIT “HURRY COME THIS WAY, STEP ONTO THE WING INFLATE LIFE JACKETS SWIM TO RAFTS”

30000ft - 45 secs
40000ft - 18 secs
15 secs for OXY to reverse HYPOXIA symptoms
4-5 mins for brain damage after lack of OXYGEN
CABIN INCAPACITAION
R1 is the redundant position
Most senior Cabin Crew member becomes CM
FIRST OFFICER DUTIES in an EVAC
OM B A320 SEP - 5.27
- Grab: HALON, TORCH & MANIFEST
- Life jacket on prior to departing the cockpit
- Nearest exit (R1 Preferred)
- Become Door command if R1 or L1 incapacitated (or others if more)
- “F/O (Name) Leaving”
- Check for fire/extinguish if possible
- Assist in crowd control
- direct and assemble pax upwind and away from a/c
- In command of R1 slide raft in ditching
