Ischemic: painful (veinous obstruction)
Nonischemic: Not painful (arterial obs)
Imaging for kidney injury
Contrast CT
Bladder perf triad
Suprapubic pain and tenderness
Difficulty passing urine

Rare
Straddle injury in men
GSW, trauma, cath
Ant. urethral dx

Contusion: small cath for a week
