Miscarriage Subchorionic haematoma Cervical/vaginal cancer (this is why doing a speculum exam is important) Implantation bleed Polyps Cervical ectropion PID Trauma Fibroids (smooth muscle growth usually in the uterus, but can have in the cervix as well)
