Mouth to descending duodenum. Endoderm, lungs, stomach, liver pancreas. Celiac trunk, greater splanchnic and vagus

Dorsal goes left. Clockwise rotation
Midgut
Mid duodenum to 2/3 transverse colon. Primary intestinal loop. Superior mesenteric artery, lesser splanchnic, vagus.
Hindgut
1/3 transverse colon to rectum. Terminates in anorectal canal. Inferior mesenteric artery, lumbar and pelvic splanchnic
Annular pancreas
Malrotation chokes duodenum
Malrotation midgut
Left sided colon or reversed intestines.
Meckels diverticulum
Vitelline duct remains. Mimics appendicitis
Hirschprungs disease
Parasympathetic lack in colon. Swells
Urinary system
Forms from mesoderm. Kidneys, bladder. Kidneys ascend. Ducts enter bladder at trigone
Gonads
Mesoderm. Wolffian ducts male, mullerian female.
Sertoli cells
Inhibit Müllerian ducts
Genital tubercle
Glans or clitoris
Genital swelling
Labia majora, scrotum
Urethral folds
Labia minora, urethra
Androgen insensitivity
Genetic male lives as woman, no oviducts or uterus
